Come together to consider what respect means to you, what respect looks like, and how you show yourself respect through self-care and compassion. This supported and reflective group workshop aims to create a safe place for students to share their experiences with peers and support one another to plan for self-care and compassion throughout the semester.

    Art for wellbeing

    What inspires you to be a better human? We will be asking participants to create an artwork that shows this. Inspiration might come from nature, places, activities, family, children, or friends, and we are asking participants to illustrate this by painting, drawing, or with words using paints, pencils or written words.
